iHub MES is a product developed and operated by Key4 S.r.l. This notice covers the website ihubmes.it.

2. Types of data processed and purposes

2.1 Browsing data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (IP address, browser type, operating system, timestamps, pages visited). This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information about site usage and to verify correct operation.

2.2 Data provided voluntarily by the user — Contact form

Through the form on the /contatti page, the user can send the Controller the following personal data:

  • • Full name (required)
  • • Company name (required)
  • • Email address (required)
  • • Phone number (optional)
  • • Modules of interest (optional)
  • • Message content (optional)

Purpose: handling the contact request and replying to the questions asked (e.g. scheduling a product demo).
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); legitimate interest of the Controller in responding to inquiries received.

Submitted data is transmitted to the Controller’s own server and delivered to the mailbox info@key-4.com — no third-party form service is used.

3. Processing methods and retention

Personal data is processed using electronic tools, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, minimization and integrity (art. 5 GDPR). Appropriate technical and organizational measures are adopted to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk (art. 32 GDPR).

Data collected through the contact form is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and, in any case, for a maximum of 24 months from collection, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

4. Data recipients

Personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with:

  • • Data processors (art. 28 GDPR): technical service providers (hosting, SMTP email server) who process data on behalf of the Controller under a data processing agreement;
  • • Public authorities: where required by law.

This site loads typefaces via Google Fonts. This involves the transmission of the visitor’s IP address to Google servers. For details, see the Google Fonts privacy documentation.

5. Rights of the data subject

Under articles 15–22 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to:
